Terms of use
Effective from 13 October 2026
Hanee — https://hanee.cz/en/terms
These terms describe what you need to comply with in order to use our services.
1. Who provides the service
Hanee is a family organizer provided as an online service. At its core are task lists, shopping lists and a calendar. The service is provided by Jan Theobald Bradáč, company ID 23381345, Přepychy 241, 517 32. Contact: mail@hanee.cz.
2. Responsibility for your group
One account can be used by several people, each with their own profile in the group (family). Whoever creates or manages a group is responsible for who they add to it and what data they enter about its members. If you add a child's profile, you do so as their legal guardian. Keep your credentials and PIN safe from others. You are responsible for activity in your group.
3. Your content stays yours
The content you put into Hanee belongs to you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store it, back it up and show it to the members of your group. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
4. How to use Hanee
You may not use Hanee for unlawful activity, to store illegal content, to harass others, or in a way that threatens the operation of the service (for example automated load). If that happens, we may restrict or block access.
5. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our separate Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will work on every device. We do our best not to lose anyone's data, but we are not liable for data loss or for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the service. This does not limit any rights of yours that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Paid plans in the future
Hanee is free for now. When we introduce a subscription, we will say so in advance and nobody will be moved onto a paid plan without agreeing to it. Prices and terms of the paid version will be described separately.
8. Ending and deletion
You can delete your account and group at any time. You can withdraw a deletion request within 14 days; what happens to the data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy. We may also close an account if you seriously breach these terms or if we were to discontinue the service, in which case we will try to give you notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for instance when we add a feature or introduce a subscription. We will notify you of substantive changes in the app or by e-mail. The date of the last change is shown in the header.
10. Law and disputes
This relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as an out-of-court dispute resolution body.
